Service, Warranty and Return Policy.

7 days for exchange or refund on laptop, desktop, and monitor purchases
Accessories can not be refunded, however can be exchanged

Absolutely no exchange and/or refunds after 7 days
All items must be in original condition and packaging.
Software repairs do not qualify for exchange and/or refund
All purchases are subject to a 10% restocking fee, at the discretion of the Ottawa Laptop employee processing the return


Warranty void if item physically damaged or damaged due to external causes including liquids, heat, cold, or if problem caused by not approved use of third party products, components or service.
No Warranty on cosmetic defects (scratches, flaws, cracks etc).
No Warranty on physically  damaged Connectors: power, audio, usb, com, LTP, VGA etc.
Batteries included with laptops are NOT COVERED BY ANY WARRANTY.
No exchange and / or refund for items cheaper than $40.
WARRANTY VOID IF any identification marks, serial numbers damaged or removed.
No refund, exchange and/or warranty on any software, operating systems, BIOS or drivers.
We will charge a certain amount for the in-shop software support.
We do not provide software support over the phone.
